I would highly recommend signing up in the community center and you can post your concerns and questions for other mothers to comment or answer. You can sign up for a birth club so you are among other mothers with babies the same age as yours. You can check milestones with others. 

I really liked signing up with my child's expected birthdate even before she was born and I get a weekly update email newsletter that helps with a lot of questions I had and have. I liked the "your fetus is now the size of a [insert fruit or vegetable here]" I actually started taking photos with the respective veggies to show the progress towards the end of my pregnancy.
